• We strive for high quality but do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation.
• You must not use our services for illegal content, violence, hate speech, or spam.

3. Accounts

• Only one account per user. Duplicate or fake accounts may be banned.
• Keep your credentials secure. We are not responsible for misuse.
• Provide a valid email or WhatsApp for support and security purposes.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final. Refunds apply only to failed or canceled orders.
• Minimum deposit: Rs. 10 (maximum depends on method).
• If your order drops and has refill/guarantee, use the Refill Request page.

5. Orders

• Ensure order links and inputs are correct. Wrong info may cause failure without refund.
• Do not place duplicate orders on the same post/account simultaneously.
• If the result differs after “Completed” or “Partial”, contact support within 24 hours.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for account suspensions, shadowbans, or deletions.
• You use our services at your own risk. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms.
