By using ZHSMM Panel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before registering or placing any order.

1. General

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this panel.
• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

2. Service Usage

• ZHSMM Panel is used to purchase social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, etc.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation, but we aim for the highest quality experience.
• You must not use our services to promote illegal content, violence, hate speech, or spam.

3. Accounts

• Only one account is allowed per user. Duplicate or fake accounts may be banned.
• Keep your login credentials secure. We are not responsible for account misuse.
• You must provide a valid email or WhatsApp number for support and security.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final. Refunds are only issued for failed or canceled orders.
• Minimum deposit amount is Rs. 10. Maximum depends on your selected method.
• If your order drops and it includes refill or guarantee, please use the Refill Request page.

5. Orders

• Make sure all order links and inputs are valid before submitting. Wrong info can cause instant failure without refund.
• Do not place duplicate orders on the same post/account at the same time.
• If your order status is "Completed" or "Partial", and the result is not as expected, contact support within 24 hours.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for any damage to your account(s), including suspensions, shadowbans, or content deletion.
• You use our services at your own risk. We offer no official partnership with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

7. Support

For any questions, use our WhatsApp Support. Our team usually responds within a few hours.
