Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. This policy explains when refunds are applicable on ZhSMM Panel.

Refunds Are Granted If

  • Order is automatically canceled due to service issues
  • Order status shows Partial (unused balance refunded)
  • Funds were added but not credited due to transaction failure

Refunds Are Not Granted If

  • Incorrect link or username was provided
  • Account or page became private or deleted
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • System abuse or repeated invalid refund requests

Wallet Refunds Only

All refunds are credited to your wallet balance. Wallet funds can be used for future orders and are non-withdrawable.

Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. For manual review, please open a support ticket.
