Refund Policy
We believe in transparency. This policy explains when refunds are applicable on ZhSMM Panel.
Refunds Are Granted If
- Order is automatically canceled due to service issues
- Order status shows Partial (unused balance refunded)
- Funds were added but not credited due to transaction failure
Refunds Are Not Granted If
- Incorrect link or username was provided
- Account or page became private or deleted
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- System abuse or repeated invalid refund requests
Wallet Refunds Only
All refunds are credited to your wallet balance. Wallet funds can be used for future orders and are non-withdrawable.
Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. For manual review, please open a support ticket.
